ADMISSION ELIGIBILITY
AZAPH Residential Home Care LLC provides structured, home-like residential support for adults (18+) with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) who require non-medical care in a safe and supportive environment.
We serve individuals who are medically stable and do not require continuous nursing care, isolation, or restraint-based interventions. All admissions are based on a structured assessment process to ensure appropriate placement, safety, and compatibility within the home.
